It might have to be on a different piece of paper as I've been doing a little more playing on this one, and until it dries, I don't know how much white will be left. I will, though, post the results.Suztatshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15703965965474209546noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1063759319492577156.post-40647293559623793962010-09-01T11:45:57.269-04:002010-09-01T11:45:57.269-04:00I really like those colors and I agree, it's t...I really like those colors and I agree, it's too bad the cheesecloth didn't leave more texture. I wonder - what if you had gently laid the cheesecloth on after? Then the threads might have sucked up the pigment where they touched and left a stronger impression. Or maybe it would just be one big blob of color. LOL! You still have some white space that you could test a little 2" or 3" piece on.Ginahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17127914310809216760noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1063759319492577156.post-89017037983799488522010-09-01T09:10:40.131-04:002010-09-01T09:10:40.131-04:00Hey Bsotf, I'm sure the kids will have lots of...Hey Bsotf, I'm sure the kids will have lots of fun! Are you going to put some fabric underneath the cheesecloth? That way you get some wild painted fabric, too.Suztatshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15703965965474209546noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1063759319492577156.post-86718954262612306252010-09-01T08:04:39.459-04:002010-09-01T08:04:39.459-04:00Suztats,

Ever since seeing the hand-painted silk scarves, I've thought it would be really neat to do, but I haven't followed through to do the research. I think adding tatting and/or embroidery would make it unique!Suztatshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15703965965474209546noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1063759319492577156.post-37917127342477575182010-08-31T18:56:40.578-04:002010-08-31T18:56:40.578-04:00Thanks, Bsotf.
